Klichna provides local delivery services for parcels, documents, and goods in Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, and nearby areas in the Braj region.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Delivery prices are calculated based on distance and weight
  • Minimum charge applies to all deliveries
  • Payments can be made via cash or online methods (e.g., Razorpay)
  • All orders are subject to availability of drivers

4. Delivery Process

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Customers must provide accurate pickup/delivery details
  • OTP confirmation may be required for delivery

5. Prohibited Items

You may not send:

  • Illegal goods or substances
  • Hazardous materials
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Perishable items without proper packaging
  • Any item that violates Indian laws

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
