Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

By Customer

  • Free cancellation if done before driver is assigned
  • 50% refund if cancelled after driver is assigned but before pickup
  • No refund after pickup has been made

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If we fail to deliver your package or there is significant delay, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Liability & Claims

  • We are liable for loss or damage up to ₹1000 for standard deliveries
  • Higher coverage may be available on request
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery attempt

5. Exclusions

No refund for:

  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer
  • Recipient refusing to accept delivery
  • Damage due to improper packaging by the sender
  • Prohibited items
