1. Driver Eligibility
To become a Klichna driver, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid Indian driver's license
- Have a registered and insured vehicle
- Pass our background check
- Own a smartphone with internet access
2. Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Be punctual for pickups and deliveries
- Handle packages with care
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
3. Payments & Earnings
- Drivers receive earnings per delivery
- Earnings are transferred on a regular schedule
- Taxes are the responsibility of the driver
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate driver accounts for:
- Violation of traffic laws
- Multiple customer complaints
- Fraud or dishonesty
- Vehicle safety violations
5. Insurance
Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, health, and liability insurance. Klichna does not provide insurance coverage for drivers.
6. Confidentiality
Drivers must keep all customer and order information confidential.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
